Inner shine healing is a warm & welcoming Reiki and EFT practice based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Reiki is a natural and holistic therapy that can help reduce stress and anxiety and help with any physical and emotional issues. It works using energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner's palms to the client. EFT (emotional freedom technique) helps ease any emotional upset, trauma, fear or phobias by tapping on various meridian points of the body, similar to that of accupressure. Both reiki and EFT ar suitable for adults and children.
