Laura was pleasant however the massage wasn’t what I hoped for. I asked for more pressure and greater focus on my neck/back and unfortunately this didn’t occur even when asked a second time.

Aisha, I am so sorry to hear you weren’t 100% satisfied with your massage service today. Idle strives to listen to each client individually to give the very best service possible. With booking a specialty service, it is sometimes hard to give more focus on certain areas and still be able to get the extra services in. With your service during the 90 minute, there is a foot scrub and mud and also a hand scrub as you know. If you are willing to give idle another chance please ask for me, Jona and I will give you a 20% discount. enjoy your evening and thank you for visiting us today.
