Love visiting Home of Recovery this is my third visit and it is the ultimate self care! The services are amazing. 

Modern space, clean and super friendly. I did the compression boots and sauna and both were 10/10. 

It shouldn’t be Dubbo’s best kept secret. Great friendly service 

When you want a wonderful detox in peace and quiet in a Far infrared Sauna with beautiful surroundings, there is nothing better than Home of recovery 

Minimum age is 14 years, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the full spectrum infrared sauna or ice bath unless accompanied by a supervising adult

Enjoy your own private Infrared Sauna room with a TV equipped with youtube and netflix or simply bluetooth your phone and enjoy some music while you relax. 

Open shower facilities in the ice bath area available for you to have a quick rinse off after your sauna session. 

We strongly encourage you to bring your own large towel to sit on, however we have towels to hire at our reception for $3 

Please note: 1 additional guest can join you for your 45 minute session at a cost of $15, this can be paid on arrival.

As you settle into a comfortable chair, our friendly staff will assist you in fitting the boots, which are tailored to gently compress your legs. The session begins with a gradual inflation, providing a light, pulsing pressure that mimics the natural pumping of your muscles. This rhythmic compression helps to increase blood flow, reduce swelling, and flush out metabolic waste. 

Watch netflix, bring a book or pop in headphones and relax.

This appointment gives you access to our communal ice bath, while also having access to our hot showers.
