Massage

The Marma Abhyanga massage has been created to clear stagnant energy and help you to let go of any anxieties you could be experiencing.

A detailed consultation will be completed before this treatment is carried out, with the aim of identifying the right massage oil. The nourishing oil is gently used to stimulate marma points. Gentle yoga stretches to legs to help detoxify the body. The whole massage will help rebalance the body, promoting a feeling of wellbeing. This massage is suggested to help with emotional blockages, reducing feelings of anxiety and fatigue.

Full Body Massage (marma abhyanga)

This treatment is designed to help clear your mind and aid more concentration.

Ideal for tension held in the upper neck, this can be associated with migraines, headaches and neck stiffness. This treatment involves warm dosha-specific oil being poured into the hair, adding nourishment to roots. Different Indian massage movements will be used on the head, also includes, massage of specific marma points on arms and face. Allowing you to surrender and enhance overall equilibrium.

Good for: stress, eye strain, migraines, menopausal symptoms, for example brain fog and hair and scalp conditions.

Indian Head massage (shirobhyanga)

This treatment will start with a ritual greeting by cleansing feet and lower legs, in a bowl of warm water. Removing dead skin cells with an Indian scrub, whilst the client is seated. 
A de-stressing and relaxing traditional Ayurveda foot treatment, which starts with a firm massage of the lower leg followed by manipulating marma points in the sole of the foot using deep pressure techniques. 
Good for: after a flight. relaxation, blood circulation, increased energy flow and awareness.

Lower leg and foot massage (Padabhyanga) 

 Packed with natural ingredients and essential oils, this massage is enhanced by use of warm, melted wax, applied to the body. The warm and highly nourished candle wax is slowly poured over the body, easing tension and relaxing the mind, while natural antioxidants nourish and hydrate the skin. The combination of soybean, coconut oil, and shea butter creates a nourishing, indulgent powerhouse of polyphenols and antioxidants. Using  the best ingredients will leave your skin luxuriously soft and wonderfully scented.  

Candle Massage

Menopause Massage is a holistic-based therapy that uses massage and acupressure techniques to help relax the body and offer support to those with the many symptoms of menopause.
The menopause massage can help with physical and emotional levels, providing a sense of calm and serenity in what can be a very stressful and difficult time. It’s also often seen as a time to focus on the client as a whole person and not just the symptoms or issues that come with the menopause.

This massage treatment will be heaven, relieving aching muscles and busy minds. Before the treatment starts you will be invited to take three deep breaths and your feet will be cleansed. Your therapist will apply complimentary oils to your back, selecting oils to match how you are feeling. Warm oil and hot towels will be applied to help soothe just massaged muscles. Pressure can be specifically tailored to address tense areas, applying either a light, medium or deep pressure.


Designer Massage

This massage treatment will be heaven, relieving aching muscles and busy minds. Before the treatment starts you will be invited to take three deep breaths and your feet will be cleansed. Your therapist will apply complimentary oils to your back, selecting oils to match how you are feeling. Warm oil and hot towels will be applied to help soothe just massaged muscles. Pressure can be specifically tailored to address tense areas, applying either a light, medium or deep pressure.

This is a glorious treatment to have during the autumn and winter months. The smooth basalt stones are heated to a wonderful bath temperature.

The massage will begin using traditional Sweedish massage techniques to prepare muscles, for example, massaging with the stones, placing them on marma points, and tucking the stones in areas around the body to receive the most benefit. The warm stone that will relax tense muscles, allowing a deeper pressure to be applied during the massage. Hot stone massage is an experience you just have to have at least once in your life.

Pregnancy is a very precious time and exciting for expectant mothers. Having a pregnancy massage can promote relaxation and bonding. Any expectant mother will enjoy this truly blissful massage, which uses soothing tri dosha specific pregnancy oil to unwind and relax those areas under stress such as, neck, back and legs.

Holistic Massage

Poultices filled with herbal powders are warmed and combined with a specific dosha oil. The oil's gentle heat will help soften tension across the body, providing you with instant relaxation and harmony.

The technique used for this massage is known as pummelling. Some pressure points will also be worked. This treatment will strengthen, nourish and renew joints,

Good for: stiff joints, arthritis, inflamed muscles, and certain skin conditions.

Pinda Sweda

Back massage is ideal for helping to dissolve any daily stress, including stress caused by the computer, strains and migraines.

Focusing on the back, shoulders, and arms, sweeping movements and pressure points will be used to relieve stiffness, aches, and pains. By combining a range of different movements across the upper part of the body, back massage can promote circulation and restore energy balance. A specific Tridosha oil blend is used throughout each treatment.

Good for: muscle tension, stress and migraines.

Back and neck massage (Marmaabhyanga)

This is a manual facial, using the power of touch and the purity of wild herbs to deliver deep relaxation and skin results.

This facial goes beyond the norm to deliver results. It starts with a facial cleanse, with liberal amounts of tri dosha cleanser, followed by an Ayurveda pressure point massage using tri dosha facial oil, to help tension and tighten muscles. A delicate scrub is used, containing Indian ingredients, while a soothing hand massage whisks stresses away. A face mask is applied, containing neem and sandalwood and is left to work its magic, while a foot massage is carried out. Finally, a refreshing mitt is used to remove the mask, giving the wonderful glow to the skin. A specific skin type moisturiser is then applied to finish.

Good for: stress, all skin types, anti-ageing, lymphatic drainage can enhance radiance to a dull skin type.

Tri Dosha Holistic Glow Facial (soundaryam vardhini)

This holistic face massage is 30 minutes of bliss! It boosts energy flow to the skin by stimulating marma points. It also helps facial tension, while tightening and toning the skin leaving a bright and nourished complexion. Also ideal for anti-ageing.
