CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive manipulative technique. Examination is done by testing for movement in various parts of the system. In some cases simply doing these tests can reduce restrictions, and the system is able to self-correct.

A session is similar to a normal CST session but has a focus on the upper palate and jaw. This session consists of inner oral work vinyl glovers or finger coverings will be used.

This session is for babies through school age, roughly 0-10 years of age. Cranial sacral therapy is a very deep therapy and a full session can be intense for young ones.
