The Siddhanya Method is a ground-breaking approach combining science-backed sound healing, meditation and bio-energetic principles with Vedic philosophies. These successful passive techniques focus on the individual and can be delivered individually, or as a group. The system builds tools within individuals to optimize the bio-energies in the body, through mindfulness, visualization and guided instructions. This holistic approach instills tools for sel- healing, improvement and elevation physically, emotionally and spiritually.

You will be gently guided through inner experiences, calming the mind and the body, tapping into the alpha and theta brainwave states. In these slower wave states, you can access your subconscious and see what is just out of view, on the periphery of your awareness. 

Tapping into these altered states opens your perceptions to 'see' or 'sense' beyond current patterns or limitations, and it's in this place you can access visions of potentials or solutions from deep within you, and sense what it is you need to move forward.

A four-session process that will produce an emotionally-strengthening artefact for you.  This will be co-created with yourself and our designer Roxane Adams.  It may be a bird bath, a tablecloth, jewellery, sculpture, who knows?  This will come through the meetings together.  The fee includes all resources used to create the artefact.
