Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It iis based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. After a session you will feel a sense of release and relaxation, better able to take on the world.

This 30 minute appointment is useful if you have Reiki regularly and allows you to have a energy top up to keep you vibration and tolerance high!

Drumming can be very therapeutic, helping us connect with our inner selves and being a fun way to relax and rejuvenate our minds, body, and soul. Recent research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, and produces feelings of well-being.
Drum Healing taps into layers of the mind and body that other modalities cannot. Studies have shown that repetitive drumming changes brain wave activity, inducing a state of calm and focused awareness.

A beautiful extended session of the Espresso cupping treatment, you will also receive some targeted massage and a little sprinkling of magical Reiki to really cleanse and let go.

Cupping Massage 1 Hour

Cupping therapy is used to describe a technique where small glass or plastic cups are used as suction devices on the skin. The suction causes the skin and tissues to gently life up into the cup. The therapy can be considered as n inversion of a massage. It applies upward pressure to lift the muscles rather than pressing downwards. For many people this provides a relaxing and relieving sensation. The aim of applying this pressure is to loosen and relax muscles, encouraging blood flow, lymph flow, release toxins and relax the nervous systems. This allows patients to release deep emotion stored in their bodies whilst letting go of physical pain and tension. Although the marks look painful, they are not and  most feel an immediate sense of relief.

You may feel slightly tired afterwards so leave yourself time after the treatment to relax and reset.

Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress. The value of taking time for yourself has never been more important. Meditation allows you to clear space and go inward to reflect and reset. If you have tried and failed to meditate this is where I can help. I will guide you through a meditation using breathing and relaxation techniques. 
The Melt Meditation Experience is a deep dive into you. We will set down together with a cup of herbal tea to discuss where you are in life and identify areas of stress. You can then set an intention on how you wish to feel at the end of the Meditation. Once ready you will settle down on the treatment bed or yoga mat surrounded by cushions, blankets and bolsters. I will then guide you into a deep relaxation where you can give your mind and body space to just be.

Melt Meditation Experience - 1 Hour 30 Mins

Meditation allows you to clear space and go inward to reflect and reset. If you have tried and failed to meditate on your own, this is where I can help. I will guide you through a meditation using breathing and relaxation techniques. You will also be given guidance on how to replicate the experience at home. 


Meditation & Relaxation - 45 Mins

A Tune Up is a treatment that I have developed to combine Reiki and a little Sound healing. This is perfect for those times when you feel a bit stuck and need a little glow up to get things moving again. I will use tuning forks to cleanse each of your seven chakras, we will then complete the treatment with some uplifting Reiki to clear any energy blockages. This can be a very powerful treatment that gives you an energy boost and allows you to move forward once again.

Reiki One Hour - Retreat Relax & Restore

I have created this appointment for either client's who are experiencing Reiki for the first time or for clients who are experiencing Reiki for the first time with me. Essentially you are receiving an hour long treatment for the price of a 30 minutes treatment. This helps you to connect with myself and reiki in a more meaningful way. You will leave feeling relaxed and at ease.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
