The primary focus of Heartstone massage is to provide therapeutic massage for the reduction of acute and chronic pain symptoms. I have also evolved my practice to include tools and techniques that address the impact that social and emotional factors have on the physical body. I strive to help my clients improve the connection with their body, empower them to trust their 'gut', and provide them with self treatment ideas that fit into their lives and improve symptoms. This combination of knowledge is my attempt at holistic care within my scope of practice and abilities.
