Our Wellness Centre is located in our retreat space next to our reception and is open seven days per week. The lovely wellness team comprises of experienced therapeutic practitioners, who will tailor your treatment to your needs. Heart & Soul role models a practical balance between the material and spiritual worlds, providing an inclusive space for people to deepen their experience of spirituality, health, wellbeing, and happiness.
