This whole body light therapy bed relieves
pain, improves muscle and joint mobility using photobiomodulation technology to evenly and precisely deliver red and near-infrared light to areas of degeneration or injury. It is able to regenerate cells and stimulate blood flow, both of which have healing and pain-relieving benefits. This device also appeals as a pain-relief option that is non surgical and non-pharmaceutical.
It is best to wear natural fibre underwear for this therapy as synthetics can create unwanted heat. 
Each session is in the privacy of a single room with space to get unchanged and redressed.

Infrared sauna therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and the heat settings are adjustable for your comfort.

45 minute Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared Sauna Therapy

40 minute or 60 minute session in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber 
HBOT is a safe and non-invasive medical procedure that can help to improve the quality of life for many people. HBOT works by delivering pure oxygen to the body in a pressurized environment. This helps to increase the oxygen levels in the blood, providing the body with additional oxygen to promote healing and overall health.
This therapy can help to improve the body’s ability to heal itself, reduce inflammation, speed up the recovery time of wounds, and improve overall health and wellbeing.
It is best to wear natural fibre clothing, bring along a bottle of water and you will be required to remove you shoes. You can bring electronic devices into the chamber or a good book is also great to fill in the time.
Please mention to staff if your ears are sensitive to pressure or you suffer from claustrophobia.

Our Salt Therapy Room has a state of the art TGA approved salt generator so you can be sure you'll be receiving a therapeutic grade treatment while enjoying the comfort of our treatment room.
Salt Therapy is a non-invasive complimentary therapy used for all breathing and skin conditions with no known side effects. The salt used in our Halotherapy system is also used to produce saline solution so we know its safe for the human body.
The dry Pharmaceutical Salt is ground into a fine powder and pumped as an aerosol into an enclosed space for breathing into the lung or exposure to skin. The mucous membrane in the lung absorbs the salt and assists your body to remove congestion.
Come along and sit comfortably fully clothed in our rocking recliner chairs or bring the whole family along and let the kids create their own seat with our cushions while you all enjoy the benefits of breathing in microscopic salt particles. This therapy continues to work through your system long after a session.
