This treatment combines osteopathic knowledge to work causally and not symptomatically, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, Swedish massage, Dorn-Breuss-techniques, cranio sacral elements, cupping, and fascia work in one treatment, depending on what you and your muscles need. Why limit yourself to just one technique if you can have it all?

Therapeutic Massage - 60 min.

If you have had an injury, your range of motion is reduced, you have multiple physical problems or limitations, or you are in severe pain, you might want to consider a 90-minute treatment. Massage

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is part of osteopathy and addresses the central nervous system. It consists of the brain and spinal cord and is the "control centre" for almost all processes in the body.
The goal of this form of therapy is to balance blockages and release stress and tension from the tissues. This is done by gentle impulses as well as gentle traction and pressure techniques. Thus, the body has the opportunity to return to its natural state and remain in its natural balance in the long term.
Other body systems (hormonal, respiratory, cardiovascular and the digestive system) can re-regulate themselves through this gentle bodywork.

Cranio Sacral Therapy - 60 min.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art and translates as "universal (rei-) life energy (ki)". 
Reiki treatment influences the energy flow in the body, dissolves existing blockages, and allows the life energy to flow again. 
In combination with an unwinding technique, this method is especially helpful after accidents, whiplashes, concussions, surgeries and falls. 
Reiki can also provide an incredibly valuable service if you suffer from the side effects of chemotherapy.
