A light to medium pressure full-body relaxation massage, this Revive & Renew treatment uses potent botanicals to soothe tired, tense muscles and revive the senses. It includes a detoxifying back scrub to gently warm the back to promote circulation and release deep tension. Hot stones help to ground and soothe the body and release deep tension. Finish with our signature scalp and head massage.

This beautiful Face-sculpting Massage can be added to any Massage treatment for an added lift and glow. It is performed with a Guasha tool, Face cups, and specialised techniques to drain lymph. Your experienced therapist will lift and sculpt your face and neck. Enjoy a relaxing head and auricular massage and finish with an aromatic steam towel to soothe the senses and awaken refreshed and revitalised.
NOTE: This is an invigorating face massage designed to drain lymph and sculpt the face. It can leave some temporary redness and red dots on the face. This is due to the blood circulation and release of stagnation based on TCM principles

Gua Sha Glow 

This treatment uses warm stones to release stress, revitalise your being and get a glow going. Warmed Basalt stones act to expand blood vessels, encouraging blood flow and circulation throughout the body. The stones, in conjunction with our shiatsu/Lomi massage techniques, work the muscles and stimulate circulation to help rebalance and dissolve tension. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a relaxing treatment for clients with mild oedema and swelling. Depending on your concerns, I will customise your treatment to suit your needs. The treatment pressure is very light and will feel like sliding movements over the skin. It involves opening up the lymphatic terminals and clearing the fluid into them. If you are unsure which treatment to book, I suggest starting with a 35-minute treatment. 
 NOTE: No oil is used in this treatment, and you may need to use the toilet more frequently after the massage.

Your pregnancy massage-qualified therapist will customise this treatment to your needs, helping to relieve tension, calm your mind, and melt away aches and pains. Throughout the massage, our special pregnancy pillow will support your hips and joints, allowing you to relax and enjoy this nourishing treatment with extra cushioning and comfort. For the comfort of you and your baby, pregnancy massages are performed with you in a side-lying position, supporting your body with comfortable pillows. This ensures there is no pressure on your lower back, your whole body can be treated, and there is reduced pressure on your inferior vena cava artery, ensuring you are safe and comfortable.
This massage is performed once mum to be is 12 weeks pregnant and onwards.

Pregnancy Massage

Postnatal massage for new mums is designed to calm and still your mind, followed by a nourishing massage to relax and unwind. Warm hot stones Centre and ground the body, while the signature sequence of soothing, rhythmical movements helps relieve tension, focusing on the neck and shoulders to rebalance. The pressure for this massage varies from light to medium and can be performed in a side-lying lying position after a C-section birth if required.
This massage can be performed  6 weeks after giving birth with a doctor clearance.

Post -Natal Massage

Mums-to-be will leave in a state of calm and feel blissfully serene. This treatment is designed to be safe for pregnant women in all trimesters. This massage is also appropriate for everyone else.

 The treatment includes a nurturing massage from the head, neck, and decolletage to the shoulders and arms, followed by a soothing foot and leg massage for complete relaxation. Warm, aromatic steam towels are applied to the feet and face.
