Quantum Counselling

Gestalt Play Intervention Therapy is a specialised service that utilises play and creative expression to support children and adolescents in their emotional, social, and psychological development. This therapeutic approach draws on the principles of Gestalt therapy, emphasising the present moment, self-awareness, and personal responsibility. Through interactive play activities, such as art, sand, or drama, children are encouraged to explore and express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With the guidance of a trained therapist, they gain insight into their patterns of behavior and relationships, develop problem-solving skills, and cultivate a stronger sense of self. This service promotes healing and growth in a supportive and playful environment. It is therapy that help children and adolescents to use play to uncover and deal with issues that they normally find difficult to talk about, in a safe environment. This can be done on a one to one basis or in a group setting.

Play Intervention Therapy

Couples counseling aims at helping couples navigate and strengthen their relationship. This therapeutic approach provides a safe and supportive space for partners to address concerns, improve communication, and work through challenges together. With guidance, couples explore underlying issues, increase understanding, and develop effective strategies for resolving conflicts and rebuilding trust. First session is 100min and is full price at R1200. When couples commit to therapy for a series of 7 successive sessions, they are eligible for discount. The sessions can be either 100min @ R1200 or 50min @ R900, we provide discount for booking a package.

Individual Counselling includes Trauma Counselling and Wellness Counselling. We use therapy styles like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among others.
