Harmony Holistic Wellness Massage is a personalized massage designed to provide tailored care and relaxation for each client.  Unlike typical massages, this wellness massage employs techniques that alternate between lighter and deeper tissue massage as needed or requested, without stressing the body, thereby avoiding a painful session (as pain is not necessary to achieve results, as many tend to believe).  The therapist will palpate each area based on their assessment, as well as conduct a thorough intake assessment with the client to better serve their needs during the session.

The Harmony Holistic Wellness Massage is available in either a 1-hour or 90-minute session.

🌕 Harmony Holistic Wellness Massage (1 Hour)

The Harmony Lymphatic Detox Massage offers numerous benefits for individuals with swelling, digestive issues, skin concerns, and a variety of other health concerns (feel free to conduct your own research on lymph and its role in the body).

Using this special technique, the body is scrubbed with an invigorating exfoliating glove, followed by the application of castor oil and the performance of lymphatic massage strokes.  Included in this massage is a reflexology foot massage!

(Please note: Lymphatic massage is a gentle, light massage, not a deep tissue massage.)  
This service may help alleviate constipation.

Auricular Harmony "Ear" Therapy combines the soothing practice of ear candling (which uses a hollow wax tube ignited to create a vacuum effect that draws out moisture), careful cleansing of the outer ear, and the technique of ear seeding (an acupressure method). This holistic approach aims to enhance ear care health by providing deep cleansing and calming relief for the ears, promoting overall wellness. Additionally, a facial sinus massage technique is included to alleviate pressure discomfort and relax the muscles around the ear.  Clients will leave with the Ear Seeds in place (which, with proper care, can stay adhered to the set points for about a week).

The LED Facial Light Phototherapy (Multi-Spectrum) utilizes an LED Light Therapy device that delivers targeted light energy, absorbed by the skin's surface, to promote skin cell repair and stimulate new skin growth. Different light spectrums are selected to address various skin issues, including acne, aging, eczema, scarring, sun damage, rosacea, and other dermatological concerns. When conducted by a skincare specialist, unique skin care techniques enhance the light's penetration for more effective results. In contrast, treatments performed without these methods may not yield the same efficacy. It's essential to note that this particular LED treatment is specifically designed for the face, not the body.

The session also includes a scalp massage, hand & arm massage, foot massage, facial cleansing, a specialized facial massage technique to optimize the Phototherapy, hydration, SPF application, all while you relax on a Vibroacoustic bed.

This service features facial cleansing, cranial and facial energy massage techniques, a "Gua Sha" crystal facial massage, and Reiki. It concludes with hydration and SPF application.
