Joney O'Hare has been doing hair in the Tampa Bay area for 30 years. She specialized in Hair Replacement for 12 years at Authentic Replacement Technologies inc. as one of the leaders in the industry. She opened a full service salon in Mulligans Plaza, St Pete Beach then relocated to 75th ave. She now runs her business out of Rapunzels Salon in Treasure Island and is available by appointment, for highlights, haircuts, colors, perms and hair replacement services.
