- avoid any exfoliation including benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid etc. for 1 week prior to treatment

Feel the rush of calm. This treatment starts with a sugar scrub of the calves and feet to slough away dead skin and open the pores. After we remove with hot towels, lean into a deep relaxation massage using Routine Natural Body Cream. Feel soothed and softened as you leave your treatment on a cloud.

An homage to the "SPIRIT OF LV", this treatment includes an exfoliating sugar scrub followed by hot towels to remove. 
Then we slow into a deep relaxing back massage using aromatherapy to calm your body and mind. 
Just when you're about to slip into dream land, I drape a cool compress of essential oils over your back and perform a hot oil scalp massage. 
Snoring and drooling are fully acceptable.

Body brushing provides amazing health benefits; It sloughs away built up dead skin & impurities, stimulates your lymphatic system and improves circulation throughout your body. 
The treatment starts by awakening the senses and relaxing the mind through aromatherapy.
Using sweeping and circular motions, I provide a thorough full body brushing with firm, natural bristles.
Then I gently remove any leftover impurities and dead skin with warm towels that will feel like a warm hug.
After exfoliation, we will drench and massage your skin with a lavender body milk that will leave you feeling soft, supple and satisfied.

Designed to heal inside and out, your skin and spirit will be bolstered and you will sink into a deep relaxation. 

Starting by gently cleansing the skin, I then use a combination of  healing oils, Gua Sha stones, facial cups, Kansa wand, Reiki and massage to create a holistic facial unique to you. Afterwards relax and meditate while I apply a gentle and calming mask of Arnica, Yarrow, Chamomile and Witch Hazel.
To finish I remove with warm towels, and apply the appropriate eye contour, moisturizer, lip repair and SPF. 

The benefits of this facial include; stimulating your lymphatic system to start clearing built up fluid and remove waste and toxins. Release muscle and fascial tension. Remove energy blockages from the head, throat and heart chakras. Provide added lift and strength to the skin. Pure relaxation.

The HydraFacial, the gold standard of hydradermabrasion treatments. It’s performed via device rather than by hand, for deeper penetration and longer lasting results. A non-invasive facial, addressing individual concerns using a combination of suction, exfoliation, and infusion. This facial will leave you feeling clean, snatched and hydrated for the gods!! 

45 minute treatment includes:
- cleanse: uncover a new layer of healthy skin with gentle lactic acid exfoliation
- peel and extract: go deeper with glycolic and salicylic acids to remove debris from pores with painless suction. 
- fuse and protect: saturate the skin's surface with antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid to thoroughly hydrate, nourish, heal and quench the skin's thirst.

the hydra

Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation technique using a sterile scalpel blade; It removes several layers of built up dead skin, debris and all the hair from the surface of the face and neck. Don't let the blade scare you. It's a non-invasive, no down time facial that will give you the most beautiful glow post treatment. 

The treatment starts by cleansing the skin and applying a gentle oil to facilitate proper glide with my blade. We then exfoliate the face and neck. Afterwards I perform extractions if needed. We then apply a mask suited to your needs and you relax for a few minutes while you absorb. I remove the mask with a warm towel, then apply the appropriate serum, eye contour, moisturizer, lip repair and SPF.

Add the blade onto 'the standard', 'the holistic' or 'the hydra' facial for an extra glow.

This treatment is safe during pregnancy, and for most skin types. It is not suitable for those with active acne, or more advanced aging.
