We have found that many people in Hong Kong still have an incomplete understanding of health. In this age of information overload, despite the abundance of nutritional knowledge, many still struggle with unbalanced diets. 真心超級感謝 Janice & Greenutss Team！之前一直有運動習慣，但完全冇諗過要改飲食習慣。為咗 3 個半月後嘅婚禮，決定搵 Janice 幫手減肥，效果真係超出預期！除咗瘦身成功之外，最重要係學識咗極多關於營養同食物嘅知識，食落肚嘅嘢對身體到底有咩影響。Janice 好有耐性，教咗我好多嘢。我推薦每個人都應該搵個營養師至少試一次。而家我唔單止對自己更有自信，亦可以好開心咁盡情食，唔會再有罪惡感。Greenutss徹底改變咗我嘅日常生活，大力推薦！
