A Reiki healing session is a peaceful experience designed to bring you deep relaxation and balance. You’ll be invited to lie down fully clothed, in a comfortable position, while calming music and a gentle atmosphere help you settle. The practitioner will place their hands lightly on or just above your body, allowing the natural flow of energy to release blockages, ease tension, and restore harmony. Many people describe the session as warm, calming, and nurturing—leaving them with a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner peace.
