Online Bookings:
We will call to get a credit card to hold the appointment. If you don’t respond within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled. It can be rebooked once a card is provided to hold the appointment.

No Show/Cancellation Policy:
The card provided will be charged the full price of the appointment if there is a NO SHOW or if Cancelled after the 24-hour notice cancellation window.

Late Policy:
A $10 late fee will be added to your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
If you know you are going to be late, please call to communicate.
