Our initial consultation includes a comprehensive health screening and a full consult to understand your unique needs. During this session, we'll break down your caloric and macronutrient requirements and provide coaching around your current diet and lifestyle. 
If suitable, we'll also guide you on tracking your progress. Your initial visit will include a weigh-in and measurements, and together, we'll create a structured plan that fits your lifestyle. If you need a meal plan, we can offer that too, with additional costs based on its length and flexibility.
