1.5 hour kinesiology sessions to assist the body in returning and remaining in a whole, balanced and rejuvinating state.

If you’re a new client to see me please book this appointment as it allows us a bit of extra time.

There are a few contraindications for SE work, so please check these and get in touch if you have any questions. Although this modality is generally considered safe, and alterations to sessions can be made, rare cases may release trauma or a strong emotional response, which we don’t recommend during these listed terms.

SE is not suitable for the following:
- 1st & 3rd trimesters of pregnancy and 3-6mths postpartum
- Children under 12 & elderly over 75
- Diagnosed severe PTSD or other severe mental health conditions
- Currently taking meds that alter brain chemistry (antidepressant etc)
- Recent physical injuries/factures/surgery
- Epilepsy
- History of seizures
- History of aneurysm, heart disease/conditions
- Severe asthma (low risk - please bring inhaler to session)
-Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional or spiritual crisis in the last 3yrs. 

Initial appointment 

This session is designed to suit everyone's budget and for those who are wanting to come on a regular basis.

Express session 

These sessions allow for a slower pace to the session and greater opportunity to connect on a deeper level. A great starting point for everyone.

Deeper Dive session

These sessions include some Bodytalk techniques as well as SE to create a super supportive whole body approach.
