My first time today 4/25/23. Joy has a great spirit, the environment was very inviting and relaxing and her service was fantastic. I got lash clusters, but in an individual fashion. Will be back.

First time and she was amazing!

Was in the area and saw raving reviews for this shop, so I came in for a lash removal service, as I had my lashes done elsewhere a week prior and was not satisfied with said lash extension experience. The owner/lash tech was wonderful in explaining the process to me. Not only was she thorough with the lash removal process, but she was kind and understanding in answering any questions that I had! When I am ready to get lash extensions again in the future, I am definitely coming back to Flashlash.

The tech was very professional And knowledgeable about every lash. The suite is amazing, She took her time and was very thorough, I was very comfortable and will be back.

OMGOODNESS Jay is AMAZING. Her personality. Her spirit. She's very patient for first timerslike me. I had an appointment with her and she called right before to reschedule. Why? There was an accident in her place with the maintenance and all lashes fell on floor. Immediately unsanitized. Instead of picking them up and using them anyway, cuz who knew, SHE DID! Never did she lose face about anything. I went for my appointment 2 hours later and am ELATED. I LOVE THEM! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! And I hope I can spread the word on her services through this feedback. Nevermind the negative...AWESOME

Great and Fast service! Let’s top it off with the fact that they actually last. I am a pretty rough sleeper and typically my lashes are all over the pillow in the morning. Not with flash Lash.. not only is she fast, but they last!!
