What is a quick weigh in?

It really is as it sounds – a quick appointment is an appointment… that is quick

The music in my clinic is turned off, the chit-chat stops and I will just weigh you and update your file. 

The only conversation during the consultation will be to ensure you understand exactly what you want and need for the coming week. 

You book your appointment in the usual way via the app and clicking on that service. 

I am offering this type of weigh in as many people have some anxiety at their appointments but do want to see me face to face to physically stand on my scales either to know their weight or do a blind weigh in. 
Also l will do the same for virtual weigh in’s if you want 
a quick appointment to record your weight and measurements (if you want) 
I know everyone is busy and short of time 

My Cambridge Summerhouse and Mobile unit has always been, and will always be a safe space for my clients. 
Some clients find 15 mins is perfect
