Cinderella Facial 

The Dermapen mesotherapy facial involves tiny superficial injections of a potent skin revitalising 'cocktail' of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and amino acids for direct absorption into the skin, and more specifically into the dermis layer, which contains fibroblasts that synthesize collagen, elastic and reticular fibres. The end of a Dermapen has 12 thin needles that penetrate the skin causing multiple micro-injuries to the skin, reaching the dermis. The pulsed, repetitive movement of the pen allows the 'cocktail' to penetrate the skin. At the same time, the skin's defence mechanism treats this process as an injury, and immediately stimulates the healing process that leads to the natural production of collagen and elastin fibres. Mesotherapy

Deep Tissue Massage - 60 Minute

This treatment involves hands on stretching and massage to open the body's Sen (energy) lines, creating a healthy flow of energy. The use of a traditional Thai massage stick is used to stimulate the reflex points of the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body. Stimulating these points to promote general health and well-being.


Thai Foot & Lower Leg Massage - 60 Minute

This 30 minute treatment consists of a seated massage to the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. 

Indian head massage holds many benefits such as stress relief and relaxation, increasing flexibility in the shoulders and neck, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, can free knots and muscular tension and aid in the elimination of accumulated toxins.

Indian Head Massage 

This is a favourite in spas around the globe. Bamboo massage ensures circulation, sensory nerve perception and provides a deep sense of relaxation and serenity. Stimulation of the tissue by the bamboo stick helps in getting relief by dissipating the heat that results from an accumulation of toxins and poor circulation, also improving the texture of the skin. the silica from the bamboo extract helps your body absorb essential minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.

This 45 minute treatment consists of a massage to the back of the body ( back, back of legs and soles of feet).

Swedish massage techniques are used, such as smooth, slow movements to release any knots or tension deep in the muscle.

This treatment is safe, pain free, non-invasive and relaxing. Ear candling has been practised for many generations and by many cultures. When the hollow tubes made of cotton, beeswax, honey and herbs are lit and placed in your ear it acts like a chimney, causing the warm air inside it to rise creating a vacuum at the bottom. The vacuum gently stimulates the ear facilitating removal of excess wax and debris. The movement of the flame creates a vibration of air within generating a massage like effect on the eardrum. 

*IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE CANDLE DOES NOT SUCK THE WAX OUT OF THE EAR, IT STIMULATES THE EAR TO ASSIST IN ELIMINATING THE WAX NATURALLY.
