The Balinese Massage is a relaxing massage that uses fragrant essential oils and gently kneads away stress from the scalp to toe. This is a great massage for lymphatic drainage, helping the body release toxins. You’ll walk away feeling completely relaxed. Add the myrtle foot scrub to leave your feet feeling extra smooth and squeeze in an additional 15 minute foot massage - bliss!

Despite its name, Yoga Nidra is not about falling asleep; rather, it involves entering a state of profound relaxation while maintaining full awareness. During a Yoga Nidra session, practitioners typically lie down in a comfortable position and are guided through a series of systematic instructions designed to induce physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. These instructions may include body scanning, breath awareness, visualization, and guided imagery. Yoga Nidra is known for its therapeutic benefits, including stress reduction, improved sleep quality, enhanced self-awareness, and deep emotional healing. It is often practiced as a standalone meditation or incorporated into yoga classes, workshops, and wellness programs.

A privately guided 1:1 yoga class specifically tailored for your stage of pregnancy. These classes enhance the individuals wellbeing by providing tools to manage nervous system regulation, body awareness and body fatigue.

Pregnancy Yoga Class

You will be guided through a breath work practice to unwind, followed by your therapist demonstrating and assisting you in to yoga poses with the support of props. Your therapist will provide gentle acupressure massage whilst being supported in the poses - a deeply nourishing practice in which you will drift off in to complete bliss.

Book a Day Visit Pass to experience feeding our farm animals up close. You will be guided to feed our Scottish Highland Cattle and domestic Berkshire Pig.
