A $25 deposit is mandatory to secure all facial & peel appointments with failure resulting in appointment cancellation. Late arrivals of 15 minutes incur a $25 fee, while those over 20 minutes must reschedule after payment. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice.
