EMMETT Technique + Spinal Flow

The EMMETT Technique is a gentle and precise muscle release therapy that uses light finger pressure on specific points of the body to reduce pain, improve movement and restore balance. It works by stimulating the nervous system and encouraging the body to reset areas of tension and restriction. Many clients experience noticeable changes in comfort and mobility within minutes.
This technique can support back pain, neck and shoulder tension, hip discomfort, jaw tightness (TMJ), headaches, postural imbalances and general muscular stiffness. It can also assist lymphatic flow, helping reduce fluid retention and supporting the body’s natural detox and immune function.
Depending on the area being addressed, treatment may be performed fully clothed or with access to specific areas of the body for more precise work. EMMETT can be received as a standalone session or integrated with Spinal Flow for a more complete nervous system and structural approach. Suitable for all ages.
