The Rooted Ritual gives Envision Embody Wellness a distinctly restorative feel, with foot and lower-leg massage leaving clients relaxed enough to drift off. Seated Indian Head Massage is talked through movement by movement, while Reiki sessions can include choosing a crystal and an affirmation card.

Such a calming experience from start to finish. Aj was amazing and helped me to switch off and unwind. You can really see Aj cares about what she does. Her calming presence makes it an even more enjoyable experience and it helps you to be in the moment. It was just what I needed.

As a busy working Mum who rarely gets time to put my feet up, getting to do just that in the most relaxing and calming environment was pure bliss. The foot and leg massage is perfect for me as on my feet all day, the pressure level was perfect and I could feel all the tension goin away. Highly recommended to everyone!

A calming experience resetting my body and quietening my mind. AJ’s space is inviting and warm, ready to just melt into the bed and switch off. Perfect treatment for me looking for some time to just switch off from the throws of life.

I usually struggle to switch off during a massage but I feel completely relaxed after having the Indian head massage with Aj. The room was really cosy as well and smelt amazing. Thank you!
