I am an Registered Associate Nutritionist with a MSc from UCL in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders, I also hold a BSc Hons in Microbiology and Infectious Disease from Exeter and am a training as a personal trainer. I specialise in disordered eating habits, emotional eating, weight loss, gut health and behaviour change. My approach to coaching is one which allows you to reconnect with your body, learn to love your body for what it can do for you, empower you to feel confident in your food choices and feel you have to tools to approach emotional eating with empathy and compassion.
