The purpose of an aromatherapy massage is to use the restorative properties of the essential oils to relax, promote healing and restore balance and well-being to the body.

If you have specific muscle tension or pain that you want addressed then remedial massage is most likely what you are after. We will assess where you need treatment and possible causes of pain, and tailor a treatment plan to suit. The treatment may include deep tissue work for short periods of time.
