Our General Ear Care Consultation is designed to assess the overall health of your ears and provide expert advice tailored to your needs. Whether you're experiencing discomfort, a build-up of wax, reduced hearing, or simply want a routine check-up, our trained professionals are here to help. 

**This general consultation is also carried out before any ear wax removal procedures take place to assess eligibility of needing ear wax removal from the ears and this price will be deducted from the ear wax removal procedure price**

During the consultation, we will:
✔️ Take a detailed medical history
✔️ Examine your ears using specialist equipment
✔️ Identify any wax build-up, infection, or other concerns
✔️ Recommend appropriate treatment if necessary prior to any ear wax removal treatment

This consultation is suitable for adults and children (aged 5+), and no referral is required.

🕒 Duration: Approximately 20-30 minutes
📍 Available in-clinic or as a mobile service

This appointment offers safe and precise ear wax removal from the right ear using microsuction – a gentle, dry procedure performed under direct visual guidance. Microsuction is widely regarded as the gold standard for ear cleaning, especially suitable for individuals with sensitive ears or a history of ear conditions.

During your visit, a trained clinician will examine your ears using specialised equipment and carefully remove excess wax using a fine suction device. The procedure is typically quick, effective, and comfortable, with minimal risk of irritation or damage to the ear canal.

Important Information:

Please avoid inserting anything into your ears (e.g. cotton buds) prior to your appointment.

Use of olive oil or softening drops for 5 days minimum or up to 7 days before your visit is recommended. 

**If during the appointment it's not needed at that time for ear wax removal to take place, the full price will not be changed and just £20 will be charged for the consultation**
