Ellis is always amazing with my pup milo. He loves going to visit her to get groomed. Ellis makes us feel welcome and gives great updates about how Milo has been during his groom. Milo always smells amazing and is the most handsome pup when we collect him. 100% would not trust anyone else to groom my pup.

**We need to be informed if your dog has any issues - Health or Behavioural issues, or if they can be aggressive as we need to protect our staff and other pups. Also if you know your dog doesn’t like grooming, we need to be aware. If not we will have to send your pup home and full payment will be charged.

This facial is great for all dogs to give them a lovely nourishing clean & face massage! 

However it is amazing especially for white/ light dogs with tear staining to help lift & prevent further staining, this is an add on when they are in the bath!

OUR SALON’S POLICY 
Having some knots and tangles here and there is okay, but matting into the skin we will not
brush out as this causes your dog far too much pain and stress, and can even cause out of character behavioural issues. We will not have your dog associate grooming with pain and stress, nor would i like someone to inflict that pain if it was my dog. My priority in the salons will always be your dogs welfare over looks, we all want your dog to look cute but to ensure this you need to follow correct procedures like brushing daily and regular maintenance grooming every 6-8 weeks.
If you struggle brushing your dog then book tidy up groom for in between full grooms, when dogs are shaven to the skin nicks can happen as it is so close to the skin. We won’t be liable as it will be a welfare groom if shaven to the skin. We always take before pictures and have cctv. Your dogs health is our number one priority and matting can cause serious health issues.

**MATTING POLICY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

Nail Clip 

Please read below of issues that may occur when doing a nail clip.

Please note that a nail cut is the most occurred accident in a grooming salon, when working on live animals, they can suddenly jump or get stressed or scared. Also nails can be a welfare case, for instance if a dogs nails are far too long, the quick grows with the length of the nail and therefore makes it very easy to cut too short. 

Dogs nails need regular trimming or it can cause health issues, please be aware that if we accidentally cut a nail we will inform you of this however it is out with our control. We will stop the bleeding the same way that the vets will. We will not force your dog if it becomes distressed. Your dogs priority is our number one priority. We also have cctv in the salon so please be assured of this when your dog is in our care.

Bath & Blow Dry

An intro into the world of grooming for your puppy! 
Includes a bath using nourishing hypoallergenic puppy safe shampoo, gentle blow-dry, ear clean, nail clip, paw pad hair trim (if necessary), feet trim, hygiene trim & eye trim (if necessary). 
Followed up by a spritz of paw-fume! 
Puppy groom are for dogs 4 months and below. 

(Please Note - this service does not include a haircut on dog's body)

PUPPY MUST HAVE HAD 2ND JAG TO BE ABLE TO COME INTO SALON.
