The consultation is the most important part, where you convey the outcome that you would like, ask any questions, and we go through the consent forms and aftercare. 

If you have photos of brow styles that you like or how you currently wear makeup this can help, and of course we will pre-draw the best brow outline for you and your face shape. 

It is so important that you feel relaxed and that you can trust your artist so this is your chance to see you are making the right choice.

A patch test is required for ALL PMU brow appointments 

Consultation and Patch Test (in-person)

We can conduct the consultation virtually. We will discuss your suitability for the treatment as well as a full discussion into what options are best for your desired results.

This is a no obligation service, so if you decided it's not for you - that's fine!

This is particularly useful for those that can not decide which style of PMU brow will help them achieve their desired look. 

Online Consultation (video call)

A patch test is required for ALL PMU brow appointments - required to be performed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your first brow procedure.

For this option, you will be sent an alcohol wipe, a small sample of pigment, and a cotton swab to apply the pigment to your skin, alongside full instructions on how to carry out the patch test. 

A small amount of pigment is applied to your skin to test for allergic reactions. Testing areas are either behind the ear or arm.

If self-testing, it is recommended to take a before picture of the skin where you intend to carry out the patch test. 

Patch Test (postal option) 

** Required for all services ** -  NO TREATMENT WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITHOUT A PATCH TEST

*Not suitable for oily skin/mature skin*

A manual tool is used to make small incisions into the skin. Pigment is then deposited into these incisions to mimic realistic brow hair strokes. 

Perfect for those wanting a natural appearance, filling in brow gaps and creating a more dense and shapely brow. 


Microblading Introductory offer

Suitable for all skin types.

Commonly known as the powder brow, and it does just that. Gives a full "powdered“ look . Pigment is placed with a microblade and can be as dramatic or as natural as the client prefers.

Creates density and gives the illusion of a fuller brow (make up look)

Ombré brows are perfect for all skin types and great for those who do not want to fill in their brows everyday.

Combination brows is a method of using both microblading and powder techniques.

Starting with hair strokes, then softly blending the powder effect through the middle and tail of the brow to create more depth

Permanent Make Up

SMPU Brows are a two part service. Following your intial procedure, you will return for a touch up appointment to perfect your brows. 

This is an opportunity for us to analyse your healed results, colour retention and healed shape of your brows and make adjustments where needed to suit your preference. 

Please follow the recommended treatment timelines accordingly, they are in place to give you both the best results and value for money!

Any appointment booked outside of the 6 week timeframe will be chargeable. 

6-8 week Touch Up (part 2 of initial treatment plan)

If your touch up appointment date is more than 6 weeks post initial treatment, you will be liable for an additional fee for this top up appointment.


Touch Up (9-15 weeks post first session)

Colour Boost (within 4-18 months) 

Colour boost is only applicable following initial teatment with us - (brows must be atleast 50% faded from last heal)
