At Elements Reiki and Wellness, I offer 1:1 Usui Reiki sessions both in-person and via distance. Choose from a 30-minute express session- if you're short on time, a 45-minute session with a follow-up email sharing insights from the session, or a 60-minute session with the same detailed email. For distance sessions, you'll receive the same care and attention remotely. You can also choose from three soothing music options— calming nature sounds, healing house music, or relaxing music. Essential oils are used to enhance relaxation during in-person sessions.
