The place to start if we have never worked together for mental wellbeing services before. In this session you will find out more about how these sessions work. A case history will be taken and together we will establish a realistic outcome from your sessions/work with us. Some therapy will be introduced. 

Session 1

This is for any session booked after ‘Session One’. In these sessions we will unpick and explore further what was discussed in the first session. A variety of techniques (as noted above) will be used to help us work towards your desired outcome.

Please note these sessions usually last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.
