Durham Hiit Club is a fun way to get fit.
If you’re based in and around Durham and wanna get fitter and lose a few pounds then come and join us on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 for 45 minutes of high-intensity interval training.
Every class is designed to give you a full body workout while still keeping it fresh and fun.
The classes are all timed so you do what you can do in the set time and I’ll be there along with your other classmates to push you to always do that bit more.
