This work is focused on helping people identify and shift the patterns that keep them stuck—mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally. I combine structured systems like Human Design and pattern recognition with deeper modalities including hypnotherapy, somatic work, and intuitive guidance. The goal isn’t just awareness—it’s creating real, usable change that carries into your everyday life. Sessions are direct, focused, and tailored to the individual. Some people come in for clarity and direction. Others are ready to access deeper layers through subconscious or body-based work. Wherever you are in the process, the work meets you there. This is not traditional talk therapy, and it’s not surface-level coaching. The work is designed to go deeper—while still staying practical, grounded, and applicable to real life. Sessions are held in a private, relaxed environment near Oak Street in New Orleans. The space is simple and comfortable, designed to support focus and presence without distraction. It’s not a clinical setting, and while it’s quiet, it’s also a real environment—so occasional background noise may be present.
