GEL POLISH

BIAB is applied like an overlay on your natural nails. It is designed to work alongside gel polish to give more strength and structure to the natural nails. It has a thicker consistency and dries similarly to a Gel Polish (under the lamp) however is much more durable. This treatment is great for anyone who finds that their nails are weak and prone to breaking. All of our BIAB Nails are finished off with a gel colour of your choice. Please see our Nail Art options should you wish to add any art, designs, french etc.

Please note we cannot infill any other therapists work other than that carried out at Dolly's. Please have this removed prior to you coming to your appointment or add removal to your appointment.

Ear candling  is a non invasive, relaxation treatment which helps aid relief to upper congestion problems, and aid relaxation to the mind and body. 

When the candle is burning, a light suction action is created, and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the candle which generates a massage-like effect. This gently stimulates the ear to eliminate the wax naturally.

Paired with our Facial Drainage helps to relieve sinus pressure and congestion and flush out excess liquids and toxins from our system - not to mention the best part......RELAXATION! 


HOPI- EAR CANDLING

Reflexology also known as Zone Therapy is an alternative medical touch therapy involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. By applying pressure to reflex areas this will help promote health benefits in the related body area. 

REFLEXOLOGY

This treatment focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck and shoulders- can be performed seated (fully clothed) or on our treatment bed. 

Indian Head Massage Improves lymphatic drainage and blood flow to the neck. This helps the body detoxify itself and more easily remove waste, relaxing the body and relieving stress, opening the body up to better rest and a much needed good night's sleep.

Indian Head Massage Renews and balances energy levels by working with the three higher chakras.

Pre-Treatment Advice: 
-Please exfoliate 24 hours prior to spray tan with an OIL FREE product 
-Any hair removal, waxing or shaving, should be done at least 24 hours in advance 
-Avoid any eyebrow tinting within 48 hours prior to tanning treatment 
-Avoid Moisturising 24 hours prior to tanning except on exceptionally dry areas
-Avoid showering with any perfumed or oily products prior to tan 
-Please ensure you remove any traces of deodorant, make-up, moisturiser, perfume prior to tan 
-Please remove any jewellery prior to tan
-Bring/Wear Loose fitting, dark clothing to change in to after tan application 
-Be Mindful of the shoes you wear- sandal straps etc 
-Disposable pants will be supplied however if you prefer to wear something of you own please make sure you bring something dark or old swimwear/underwear that you wouldn’t mind possible staining.
