We double cleanse so that the healing ingredients in our acupressure facial and scalp massage are fully absorbed .  Divine products from Halke B  or Margaret River Hemp Co (your choice), combined with my calming spa techniques, leave your skin radiant and your spirit mended. We all need a time to lay down our burdens and receive some TLC for mental, physical and spiritual health.  This treatment combines my years of remedial and relaxation modalities, it's the treatment I want to receive!

This could include trigger point, cupping, myofascial release or manual lymphatic drainage .  I tailor the treatment to suit the presentation and the client using a combination of firm to gentle pressure.

First we strengthen with a fun 30 minute private Pilates Reformer session, this is followed by a therapeutic 30 min massage to ease back, neck and shoulders.

Half hour massage followed by a half hour private qigong practice.
First we release adhesions and restrictions, then we move into a gentle Qigong series.   Suitable for all bodies.  Supremely beneficial after radiation treatment or for chest and shoulder issues..
