DELTA's mission is to help field hockey athletes--of all skill levels--elevate their technical, tactical, and overall knowledge of the game; skills that will help them become leaders and role models wherever they might go in life. 
Our elite level coaching staff provide regular assessments, evaluations, and feedback to teach and motivate our athletes to constantly ask more of themselves, be able to identify individual and group weaknesses, and learn how to speak up about areas in need of change, to prepare them to deal with and overcome any challenge they encounter for the rest of their lives.

These packages are for individuals who do not have a group and are looking to join other individuals. Small group sessions will not take place unless there are at least 3 participants registered. Each players is required to pay for this package separately.

Individual training is about totally breaking down an athlete's skillset to the smallest level and then putting in the repetition needed to excel--whether success happens in one lesson or requires ongoing lessons.

Group sessions push the intensity level up by incorporating game-like scenarios and putting athletes under pressure, allowing athletes to test their individual skillsets against their peers. 

Group sessions must have a minimum of 3 athletes.  Please organize your group before booking or contact us to see if there are other individual athletes that may be interested in forming a group with you.

Delta Field Hockey is thrilled to offer recruiting consultations! Recruiting can be stressful and challenging. We are here to guide you through the process and find the perfect fit for each student- athlete. Our highly experienced staff will create a personalized plan for each individual athlete. This plan will include a video component to showcase skills, tournaments the student-athlete should attend, and a list of colleges and universities to reach out to. We will also offer guidance on academic and scholarship negotiations. 

Recruiting Consultations will be led by U.S. National Team Player and former Division I Student- Athlete, Ally Hammel. We are offering these consultations to anyone interested; there is no club affiliation needed. We are excited to help you find your dream school and reach your full potential as a student-athlete!
