• Cleansing/clearing of the 7 chakra systems using an energy called reiki
• Reiki is essentially just pure light and love, only available to heal
• Chakra is Sanskrit for ‘wheel’ and is one of many energy systems within the body that originates from Hindu and Buddhism and is used in yoga philosophy
• Reiki energy is extremely safe- it is NOT my energy, I am just a conduit for it and you yourself and the reiki work together for your healing, I channel and direct the flow of reiki energy, only
• Nothing at all will be allowed in the space or to you apart from healing love
Includes getting to know one another before we start the session and a drink of water/tea after our session. The session may involve use of crystals, cards, cleansing sprays, singing bowl/shaker/instruments, incense/cleansing smokes, essential oils or a pendulum (to see if your chakras are open/closed). It is an intuitive process so we may use all, some or none of the above.
