As a Hair Stylist and Graphic Designer located on the east side of Birmingham, AL, please be aware of the following policies: Same-day appointments require full payment prior to service confirmation. A non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your spot, which will be applied toward your total balance. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair washed and prepared. Travel fees will vary based on distance. A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed for lateness; however, arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in cancellation and a charge.
