Hey, I’m Aaron, Personal Trainer & Online Fitness Coach . My dream is to give everyone that opportunity to be the best person they can be, providing evidence-based advice on how to build muscle, lose fat, and get and stay healthy. Over the last decade, I have been on an amazing personal and professional fitness journey. At age 22, I weighed 19 stone. I struggled to walk, my blood pressure was sky high, and I couldn’t walk up the stairs without getting out of breath!
