Absolutely amazing, my back was riddled with knots and worked very hard on my back..

First time having a deep tissue massage with helen! She was amazing so informative. I have had so many massages from various salons but she was the best. I came out of my visit feeling like a new person my back/neck feels so much looser! Cant wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend! All COVID safe!.

The feeling of relief when you haven’t had a sports massage in 4 months and Tania works on and loosens the muscles. That with a great catch up and that relaxed feeling. I can’t recommend Tania highly enough 😄😄.
