Hey beautiful people! It’s the one and only Coach C aka Ciara Flint, fitness instructor, mentor, teacher and nutrition coach based right here in my hometown of Jackson, Michigan. Hard work, my faith and athleticism has always been a strong aspect of me, and that’s why me and fitness go hand in hand.
