De-stress/Deep tissue massage

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras. The body is not only made up of the physical body, we have an energy that extends beyond our physical wellbeing.

The treatment aims to identify any possible blockages using crystals, essential oil blends, radiesthesia (pendulum) and energetic techniques. The aim is to release any chakra blockages and promote a free flow of energy to restore balance and a sense of wellbeing. By balancing your Chakras you may be able to:
1. Remain calm within your everyday life
2. See challenges for what they are, and not be as affected by them.
3. Overcome past life experiences which could have left their mark on you.
4. Help others without their problems affecting you.
5. Develop confidence, energy, freedom and happiness to feel good about yourself and life every day

Reiki means Universal Life force Energy. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.

This service is only for client's that already received Reiki sessions from Clara. Not possible for new clients.

Reiki session 45’ - follow up

We will perform Reik Healing followed by a massage. 

Reiki & Massage

Reiki Healing

This will combine the magic of guided meditation and massage. We will design 30 minutes guided meditation to balance your energy centers and calm your mind. After the meditation class, we will do a De-Stress massage.

Guided Meditation & Massage

This therapeutic session is a one-on-one personalized session. We will combine the magic of a private yoga class and a massage. We will design a 30 minutes Yin Yoga Practice to help you grounded and calm your mind. After the yoga class, we will do 60 minutes of De-Stress massage.
