Thank you for your booking at Chloe’s cosmetic studio, it means a lot 🫶 I am a home-based studio which means I have a few policies and procedures I would appreciate if you followed. Some general information before your appointment; •Any cancellations/ rescheduling within 24hr of your scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 20%. Not showing up to your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your appointment total. • Please arrive on time or 5 mins early to your appointment.
