In consultation with Cherelle regarding your needs, you will be immersed in sound for 1 hour. If you've never experienced a sound bath before- this is a wonderful treat and a great opportunity to ease yourself in gently.

1:1  Sound Healing for relaxation

In consolation with Cherelle regarding your needs, you will be immersed in sound for 1hr30 mins. Allow your mind to be massaged by a mix of instruments to create a profound and mind-expanding experience. This treatment is for full and deep penetrating relaxation- perhaps you are deep in a busy project or have full-on responsibilities. This treatment is great for those who are experiencing physical tension as well as stress or anxiety. You can choose up to 3 instruments to be played during your treatment Gong, Voice, Crystal Singing Bowls or Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Not suitable for those triggered by sounds or anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Deluxe 1:1 Sound Healing for relaxation

Both Nada Pressure and Sonic Activation methods are only available for in-person sessions. The treatment involves placing Himalayan Singing Bowls at specific points on your body whilst they are being played. A wonderful and unique experience that builds a direct connection with the instrument, sending the vibrations into your body. The vibrations send healing through your muscles and bone, instantly relieving tension. If you love massage you will adore these modes of working with sound. When a sound bath follows this you will be in absolute bliss!

This is a must if you have a busy monkey mind. Perhaps you have decided meditation isn't for you but have heard all of the benefits of meditation and would like to get into it. Cherelle will use her instruments and provide a fully guided meditation to help you get into the theta brain state famous for boosting mental and physical health. The more amount of time you spend in theta (an altered state of consciousness- ASC) the quicker and easier it is to enter into it again so these sessions are a perfect way to cultivate a practice quickly.

In this first session, we'll certain what you would like to work on and work out which instruments will be best suit your needs.

You will need a stable internet connection, quality headphones (these don't have to be very expensive examples can be provided), somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down.
