Massage

1 hour of massage designed specifically for you and your needs at the time of appointment. Generally would include the full back neck and shoulder massage plus 30 minutes elsewhere but again, this can be adjusted depending on what you need on the day. 

Bespoke Massage 

If 30 minutes just isn’t enough then this gives you a little bit more time to concentrate on those sore back muscles, and is extended into the scalp too. 

45 Minute Back, Neck, Shoulder & scalp Massage

All massage designed to suit the individual at time of appointment. A mix of Swedish & deep tissue massage. This massage includes Back, Neck, Shoulders, Legs, Arms, Face & Scalp. May include up to 2 aromatherapy oils. 

Full Body Massage

This is a hands on healing treatment focused mainly on your emotional wellbeing but also assisting with the healing process with any physical injuries. Reiki connects us on an energy level where I am able to send healing to any areas that may be blocking the healthy energy flow through your body. This works alongside your chakra system. If there is an energy blockage in any of these areas you may find you are not able to be your true authentic self which may be holding you back in life. It can also help comfort you through times of heartbreak, grief, confusion and many other feelings that come along with life.

The Holistic Package 

The back treat is an energising but also a deeply relaxing treatment aimed at treating the skin on your back. It starts with a back brush which invigorates blood flow helping to trigger the breakdown of toxins and will follow with a deep cleanse, exfoliation and extraction (if needed), and will end with a Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage.

Inspired by The Indian Head Massage this seated Massage is great for anyone who wants to focus solely on the shoulders, neck and scalp but also includes a small amount on the face. It’s also sometimes easier for anyone who struggles to lie flat on the massage couch. Also includes pressure relief for sinus trouble.

The skin can sometimes try and tell you something is happening internally so with that in mind I’ve created this healing facial to work with both great natural skincare and reiki healing. 

Starting with a skin consultation and examination of each area of your face. 
Followed by a full facial treatment including deep cleanse, microdermabrasion/exfoliation and mask.

Then..
Following what the skin has shown me I will then treat the targeted area of the body to Reiki, treat your shoulders and neck to a massage, and finally gua sha your face helping to drain those extra toxins. 

You’ll leave feeling fresher and lighter.

This facial is designed to suit your skin as an individual.  Recommended as your first full facial so we can gather information around skin concerns and desired outcomes. Following a consultation will be a double cleanse, exfoliaition, neck, shoulder, face & scalp massage, mask and moisturise. 

Bespoke Facial 

Start your skin knowledge early and thank yourself later. Problematic skin often starts in our teens when our hormones are high and under going changes. Understanding your skin and the importance of skin care will help target these problems and clear quicker. This facial includes a deep cleanse, mask, gentle moisturise and home/skin care lesson

30 minutes of fast targeting treatment plus relaxation. 

Mini Facial

Microdermabrasion uses micro crystals to rid dead skin cells and help renew the skin leaving your feet super smooth. 
For a harder callus you may need a course of treatments but this can be discussed on your first treatment. 


Microdermabrasion Pedicure 

Your feet will be soaked in a warm aromatherapy foot bath throughout and your pedicure will include trim and file of the nails and a cuticle tidy. The hard skin will then be removed and the feet exfoliated with a foot scrub to remove any remaining dead skin cells. Your feet will then be treated to an ankle and foot massage and finally finished with a high shine polish or Gel Polish. 

Classic Pedicure 

Any gel should have the correct prep, but not everyone has the time for a full pedicure. This Prep & Polish gives you an ‘in & out’ quick tidy of the toenails and cuticles to correctly nail prep for a Gel polish finish.
