A good massage therapist is worth their weight in gold! My massage therapist was absolutely fantastic - he really got in there and tackled those problem knots like a true professional. It was like he had a sixth sense for where the tension was hiding, and he knew just how to work it out. I walked out of there feeling like a new person!
